A question, an animal in distress?

Important — please read before calling

• 📍 Check where our centre is located before calling us.
• We cannot travel to pick up animals, except in very exceptional cases. If the animal can be transported, we rely on you to bring it.
• In accordance with the law, access is forbidden to outside visitors, in order to protect the wellbeing of the wild animals.
• We receive a huge number of calls and every minute counts. Too often, people commit to coming and never show up — this jeopardises the animals already in care.
